Some administiva updates

I have been thinking about writing a review policy for awhile ( not that it is needed right now, but who knows in the future), and I just posted it. While I was writing policies, I also wrote a Give away policy, which is a bit more needed. Both of them can be found at the top of the blog. PS. Sorry for the radio silence, but I was hit by a reading slump and a reviewing slump at the same time. There are times like these I seriously consider asking for more reviewers.
