Mixed book related links

So, Amazon and Overdrive have started to roll out the Library books for Kindle.  The impression I have gotten is that it is built on the Kindle's innate lend me function.  Which raises the question how this will effect the Lending sites.

I discovered Grab My Book, a nifty plugin for Firefox this week.   It allows you to grab webpages, and then turn them into an epub book.  I testdrove it on a couple of free reads on Harlequin's webpage.

Convent of the pure by Sara M. Harvey is still 0.99 on Smashwords, Amazon and Nook.
Halfway to the grave is available for 1.99 (3.99 for readers outside the US) at all major retailers.
Books on Board have  a bundle of G.A. Aiken's Dragon Series books on pre-order for 9.99.  The bundle contains the last three books.

Kobo have a bunch of one time use coupons that expire tomorrow:
save10sept291 (10% off - Exp. Sept. 23)
save20sept292 (20% off - Exp. Sept. 23)
save20sept892 (20% off - Exp. Sept. 23)
save15sept891 (15% off - Exp. Sept. 23)

Edit:
If you have a Kindle with Special Offer, you might be interested to know that one of offers right now is a 1 dollar code for e-books.  I have no idea how many times you can use it, though.
